The “Palais des Festivités” is located in the town centre, 200 metres from the lake, a 4-minute walk from the “Palais Lumière” and a 10-minute walk from Evian station.
It has 2,000m² of modular spaces:
- The entrance hall: the entry for congress members
- The conference room: 460 seats arranged like in a theatre and a 100m²-stage. Exhibition-type layout, for lunch or gala dinners for upto 400 people
- Committee meeting rooms: 6 committee meeting rooms to seat 10 to 150 people, with natural lighting
- The exhibition/trade fair area: upto 2,000m²
