Fitness Studio Basecamp

Follow a fitness session in front of the water, supervised by a qualified sports coach who overflows with contagious energy, it is now possible in Evian ! Every day of the year, and from spring in the park of the nautical center.

Basecamp Training welcomes beginners and athletes in a musical atmosphere for small-group outdoor coaching. A genuine outdoor fitness area awaits summer guests: biking (revolution), Hiit (short, intense cardio), cross-training circuits, stretching, yoga and pilates.Wednesday and Saturday afternoons are dedicated to children, with kid cross (7 to 10 years) and teen cross (13 to 17 years). Every Thursday evening, Basecamp offers an evening sports session to enjoy the sunset over the lake, ending with a healthy and nutritious “Basecamp Bowl” meal, prepared by the restaurant La Brasse in collaboration with the Basecamp nutrition coach.
Premium Self-Access program, for training alone with our top-of-the-range equipment for 1 hour (on reservation), is reserved for our subscribers who have taken part in a coaching course. Personal coaching sessions and special requests are also available on request.
