Gastronomic event "Recompensa"

The Recompensa are intended for the discovery, knowledge and recognition, promotion of food products created and distributed in the territory of Savoie, Haute Savoie, nearby territories and beyond.

During the "Nouvelles Saveurs Recompensa" organoleptic evaluations, products will be assessed by professionals and the general public "blind" on Friday, October 4 from 10am to 12pm and from 2pm to 6pm, and on Saturday, October 5 from 10am to 12pm and from 2pm to 5pm. There are no product names or brand names on the evaluation areas, nor are there any indications that could be used to qualify the product (e.g.: jam from..., cheese from... etc...). Only "sweet", "salty", "hot", beverages and their alcohol content, if any, are indicated. Everything is presented for evaluation anonymously, so that taste is the only criterion that really counts.
