Sustainable tourism

Some of the aromatic herbs, vegetables and fruits are picked directly from the 3000 m² vegetable garden located in the hotel park. A natural and organic vegetable garden, with a production of nearly 2 tons per year, which inspired the chef to imagine a vegetarian menu «vegetable escapade». Local produce and wines, Abondance beef, seasonal produce menus, fish caught by local fishermen.
